1. WHAT CAN'T I PUT IN THE BIN?

The only items that we do not accept in our bins are hazardous wastes (paint, gasoline, oils) large appliances, and electronics.

Cardboard, cement, bricks, stucco, and dirt/topsoil require alternative recycling procedures and cannot be mixed into a regular demolition / junk bin. A sorting fee and/or Glenmore Landfill fine will apply if any of these materials are mixed in with regular demo/garbage waste.

2. DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DISPOSAL FEES?

NO! We offer an all-inclusive pricing for most bin rentals.

Our price includes: delivery, 7 days of rental, pick-up, and all landfill / recycling fees.

4. DO YOU RECYCLE?

YES! We are all aware of the benefits of recycling. It has come a long way from a trendy fad to a household responsibility. We are lucky to live in a community with a landfill that is Zero Waste. That means they take EXTRA care and caution to recycle as much materials as possible. That is why we cannot take mixed loads of recyclable material. If you have a multiple load of materials call us and we would be happy to discuss the best, most cost effective way to remove it from your property.


5. I HAVE A REALLY, REALLY SMALL DRIVEWAY, WILL THE BIN FIT?

YES! The bin has a footprint the size of a minivan. This makes it uniquely qualified for small driveways and tight spots. Along with the compact size of our delivery truck and its signature roll off system, we've put our bins in some tight spots, like a back alley on Bernard Avenue (without blocking the alleyway)! The picture below, is another prime example of the maneuvering capabilities with a three point obstacle course!

6. MY FRIEND RENTED A BIN FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND THERE WAS JUNK, DIRT AND DEBRIS AROUND AND UNDER THE BIN, LEFT FOR HER TO CLEAN UP. WILL YOU LEAVE A MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP?

7. HOW LONG CAN I KEEP THE BIN?

The all-inclusive price includes one week rental. After 7 days, the additional fee is only $5/day. So take the weekend, take the whole week. We want you to feel relaxed and at ease while de-cluttering and re-organizing, with no urgent deadlines you won't feel rushed and anxious about not having enough time. Instead, you can knock off that to do list, and still enjoy your weekend plans!

8. MY DRIVEWAY IS STEEP, CURVY, TWISTY AND LONG. WILL THE TRUCK BE ABLE TO MANEUVER THE BIN IN A SMALL AREA?

Oh yeah, we got this! We love the challenge of an obstacle course.

Our delivery truck is a has a unique rolloff system that allows us to fit into all those steep, curvy driveways famous in the Okanagan. This means no trailer to try and maneuver and from the picture below you will see the truck is a regular sized vehicle. So if your vehicle fits, chances are, so will ours. We also have 4x4 to climb the steep driveways and roads.

There have been MANY times we've gathered a crowd watching us drop off a bin because they want to see if we can drop it in an unusual location (like up a steep hill - picture 1, or in a garage - picture 2). So far, we've never found a spot we couldn't go! So go on, give us the challenge of putting the bin where YOU need it!

9. HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE BIN RENTAL?

We can make almost any request happen. We can have a bin delivered and ready for use within 48 hours (but we've been there as quickly as 30 minutes). It is our goal to deliver exceptional service and that includes being RELIABLE with our timeline. We won't sell you with a QUICK bin delivery time and then not show up. We will let you know in the thick of summer (our busiest season) a realistic timeline and then show up when we said we would.
